Just called and left a vm but does anyone know if this is only a mobile home park or rv park as well. Or both, or just one or the other. Also, how much is monthly rent, what utilities and maybe a guess estimate of utilities please?

there are plenty of parks with spaces... Sans is a 55 and older one... really quite.. deer come through it, some say the old folks go to pass
