Most of the people are quite nice. The clubhouse is a large facility and they have quite a few events that go on so you should never be bored. In comparison to my mobile home location I would give this only a 3-star because only some of the Yards are kept up I think the management really needs to have a yearly checkup to make sure the yards are picked up and the railings and steps are secure.

Amazing historical location with natural beauty. Nestled next to The Spokane River, a cozy, campground feel. Clubhouse with planned activities, library, full kitchen and living room area. Pool and hot tub as well. Absolute paradise in the natural beauty of the old Natatorium Park site. Lovely people, lovely place!

Yes you can have pets
The residents own and live in their mobiles. I don't believe we can rent them out.
No rentals. Buy the home and pay lot rent.
I would call them and see but it's my my understanding that it is more of a permanent deal.

There is a Park Model onsite already 😊 I would recommend you call and speak with Debbie in the office there. She is a Sweetheart!
How much is the lot rent? What qualifications other then 55 or older to be able to rent the lot?
There is no R.V. parking it is all mobile trailers or manufactured homes.
