The apartments look good but there is absolutely no sounds barrier or insulation so you can hear absolutely every noise your neghbors
Agreed, about the a.c. & heater. But everything else is great, they are townhouse style, long & skinny. A kitchen with an almost bar, not to sit at and eat, but it's taller then a counter. Floors downstairs are made of recycled laminate, made to look like dark hardwood floors, walls are a light beige color, counters are nice, 1.5 bathrooms (2 toilets, 2 sinks, 1 shower/bath.... in the 2 bedroom) the master bdrm is decently sized, with a queen bed against the wall, I've still got plenty of room for 2 people to do yoga at the same time! Closets are an ok size, downstairs there's a pantry sort of, in with the water heater. The second bdrm is a good size too, you could easily put a queen in there as well and still have good space. I really like these apartments. And I don't th8nk there's a video, but I do believe the pamphlet they have in the office has photos.
I don't know but I live in 1 and it's a decent size and pretty nice but my only complaint is the air conditioning and heater it's always either hotter or colder upstairs
