There are certain items at Costco stores available for purchase by non-members. Just let the door attendant know you’re there to buy permitted non-member items and they’ll let you pass without showing a membership card. Here are a few items/ categories you can buy at Costco without a membership include: alcohol, prescription meds, immunization services, hearing and vision care, and Costco restaurant items. You will have to pay a surcharge. It's pretty unethical to go the route of buying the membership with the intention of returning it at the end of the year. If you used it multiple times for purchases, then that means you found some value and shouldn't ask for a refund.
I believe you can get a temporary pass for shopping
As I understand it, you can try Costco without joining, but they add a certain percentage to your purchase if you are not a member
Not really but you can get a refund on your membership basically until the end of the year. So if you can float them $55 you can shop there and if you don't like it get.a full refund and keep what you bought.
Non Members can get or buy Gift Certificates to Try it. I am not sure if They are only available at Costco or other Stores...
We moved from Sam's years ago and very happy with with the move. I enjoy their in house brand and people that work there are more happy to be there. Good luck!
Yes. Get to the store and ask the person, that is checking for membership cards, if you can browse and check it out. That was what we did.
Not really, they will give you a "guided tour". We explained a few time we wanted to compare prices before switching from sams but they said we could just cancel if we didn't like it.
Yes, I think you can still get 1 day shopping passes.
