Do not stay at this hotel. They charge you $10.00 a night to park a block away. Their food was absolutely disgusting so don't stay here for the breakfast, unless you want to break for the restroom fast.We stayed 2 nights, paid for our visit at the end of the stay and they held over $450.00 out of our bank account plus the 475.00 for the stay and have yet to return the money 4 days later. With the prices of gas this could definitely leave a family stranded with no way home if they are vacationing on a budget. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!

If you're looking for a wedding venue, DO NOT book with this place. They quoted us an amount we could work with and repeatedly upped their pricing in different ways. They had a 25% service fee that was never discussed until after we put down a deposit and booked with them and it was on every single thing. It was added to the room rental, the catering, and the bar. Not just one 25% flat fee on everything. They also were extremely hard to coordinate with for months. I tried emailing and calling multiple times and it took forever to get my meeting with them for plans and a meal tasting. On the day of my wedding, there was no one available to help us set up or tell us what was going on. So we just had to fend for ourselves. We had lots of family coming from out of town that stayed the whole weekend as well. With all of the money that we brought to their business, I would've expected more professionalism and understanding. On top of all that, after the wedding and everything was done and our final bill was paid, they sent another bill that needed paid. I am extremely disappointed in the professionalism and all of the extra charges that were never discussed beforehand.

Peak Potential

This hotel is conveniently located right off the interstate and is a quick drive from the airport. The lobby is open and clean and check in is spacious and welcoming. The staff had me checked in efficiently and had me on my way with two bottles of water in tow. I was on the 7th floor where I had an expansive view towards the east. The sunrises were nice to watch. The room was clean, up to date, and well stocked with all amenities anyone would need. The bathroom is always of particular concern to me and it, too, was clean, tidy, and appropriately stocked. Coffee in the morning was easily accessed at the cafe where I had friendly service both mornings. The conference center which was adjoining the hotel, was also modern and clean. Very professionally maintained. My bed was fairly comfortable and there was a good selection of pillow densities in the room. I was able to find the firmness I needed. Overall, a wonderful stay. I recommend this hotel. Don't hesitate.

This particular Hilton is overpriced and outdated. The room was musty. The level of soap scum on the shower door is impressive. The pool was pretty cold for an indoor pool. The sprinkler issue caused the alarms to go off waking up my 2 year old and 3 month old late at night. I wanted to just leave and get back on the road instead of sit in a hotel and listen to alarms. Staff was unwilling to accommodate me at another property, or help in any way. “Deal with it, there are no refunds and management won’t be here until morning.” — go somewhere else. I promise, the staff would rather not be bothered with you.
