The place is terrible, dirty and they don't care. Look at the reader board out front, I'm almost positive management knows about the smart-ass saying listed on the front of it. I would look at a regional manager, or director.
That is a problem to bring up with Management. Google can't answer this for you.

I went in there around 340. Placed my order at 346 and got it at 402. That was like my 3rd or 4th time in there and it has been nasty every time. After the long wait and dirty diner I just won't go back. There are plenty of fast food choices that are better and cleaner.
I have had great results by complaints to corporate. Take pics the next time you go in like I did. They will start moving real quick
Sometimes it's a specific crew not doing ALL the facets of their job. I had a similar issue with a Jack in the box, and doing their on line survey resulted in the whole crew being replaced!
Every time I've been there in the last 6 years the soda and the table in the floors of always been disgusting and dirty. Say something to the management Sim management email. Send corporate an email
If it didn't take 25 minutes to get our order, we would go through the drive- through. As it is, we don't go unless we are closer to a different one. This one one Sprague is awful.
The place is always like that I don't think it would help to complain to the manager I think they're hiring managers there
I was there back in August and the service and appearance was pretty good. What time did you come in? Could be a specific shift problem.
Really you should ask to speak to management as soon as you see that so that the problem is corrected.
