How do they stay open,is the problem with the owners,as this is a franchise?? When will corporate stop this embarrassment?

They are not very good at keeping the place tidy. But how can one person who's working the counter in the Drive-Thru and fixing the order and bagging them do all that and clean and work the counter there seems to be only one maybe two people back there one with the drive-thru and one doing everything on the counter and the other one is cooking

I dont eat there but my kids like it and the order is messed up every time and cold
