Window-ordering with no waiter, sanitized tables and seating between customers, large dividers or spaces between tables.
They are really going above and beyond! The safety practices are some of the best I have seen. Minimal interaction, covered and heated outdoor dining. I felt very safe eating at Sky High. Bonus- it was delicious!
