I bought an item. Realises it is damaged when I opened the box. Tried to call the store but no one ever pick up the phone. I m international traveller, can go back store to make exchange. What should I do?

You can return to any store as long as you have receipt.

If you're still in the area and have the receipt go back to the Walmart or the closest Walmart and you shouldn't have a problem.

U can exchange at any walmart as long as they have stock... Or do what the previous person told u if u r still in the pleasanton area just go back to that store
