While I understand that no matter how poorly the post office operates, I still would like to let it be known this branch is especially bad. I wait in a long line for my turn just needing to pay for tape to close my package (& attach my already printed label, I guess they don't have label slips like all other delivery companies). The rude woman with the Gucci mask has attitude and argues with me then tries to say she'll do it just this once (doing me a favor?) Says it's not her job starts complaining to the woman walking behind them all who then says she will help me at her window. I then go to her window (again happy to pay for a few pieces of tape) she starts on with I need to tape my own they only have scotch tape and I can't pay for tape to tape it. Isn't this the dam post office, you dont havw the supplies to ship something?! By the way I have do e this numerous times before in the past at this same branch. Attitude, sorry to say but lazy, shouldn't be this complicated.

Very friendly, opened a new door for drop/off pickup, got to the root of our problem and got us out the door in a reasonable time, felt good walking out and would go again based on preliminary visit. Good optics, Google do them well they deserve it.

After losing mail from our mailboxes at Civic Square Apartments, the post office suggested to the owner to install new mailboxes which were compliant with security standards. But after the landlord refused to install new mailboxes, the post office decided to stop delivering mail. And when we go to pickup our mail at the post office, we cannot receive service in the normal line. We have to wait in a special line, which is always closed with the door shut until someone complains.

I love this place! The staff are friendly, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, attentive, and caring. They're down to crack a joke too! I genuinely can't think of a time when I walked out of this place feeling like I didn't get good service. And, USPS is the only federal agency that is entirely financially self-sufficient and does not take a single penny from our tax money. Good luck to whomever wants to defund USPS! :)
