What funds are available if on SSI & paying 1/3 (290.$) of income per month towards rent in a partially furnished, utilities included SRO with Shelter Care Plus? I moved into my SRO 2 months ago, can I get SNAP EBT/moving costs reimbursement?

No, you don't qualify for SNAP if you have California based SSI/SSP.
