How do o see if there is a ruling on a brief

I filed a brief to the District Court San Diego, on Appeal from the 9th Circuit Court San Francisco; after Judgement from District Court was vacated and remanded back to District Court. The Brief was sent to the 9 Circuit Court of Appeals. I sent this information 09/21/21 2 weeks before the first brief was due and a month before the second brief was due. I have not heard anything from the District court or the 9th Circuit. I decided to call again to day Dec 6, 21 know one is answering the phone. Case numbers for District Court is; 3:18-cv-02693-JLS-KSC and 3:18-cv-02593-JLS-KSC. for the 9th Circuit Court Appeals the case numbers are 19-55587 and 19-55687. I don't know if the documents were received?
