Are all of the cottages able to be accessed year round or only a select section? Looking to buy but would like to be able to access it in the winter (even though the amenities will be closed). Thanks.

Carl's answer below is correct. The 4-season cottages are numbered in the 200s, and can be accessed year-round. All others are May 1 - October 31.

There's only 1 section that's year round. I think the cottage numbers are in the 200s
