Stayed in Wells over the weekend and went for the first time. I got there right when they opened and there was a line 30 people deep. I knew that was a good sign. The line moved fast, the employees were so nice. The doughnuts.....OMG. The best I've ever had. I will be back soon, will make a special trip on a Sunday morning from MA. My dog LOVED his treat too.

🥹😋These are some of the best doughnuts that have ever been rushed down my watering mouth! They are so doughy and you can truly taste the freshness. So far my favorite is the Chocolate Raised…👌. And, and they have gluten free options too! Can it get any better?

A must do when in Wells, Maine. Excellent doughnuts (spelled the right way) with just as tasty muffins, egg sandwiches, and other bakery confections. Do not pass up the maple bacon fritter!

What is not to love? This is seriously the best donuts in Maine! Yes the lines will be long, but that’s because all the locals know where they need to get the donuts. Highly recommend even trying the breakfast sandwiches that are made with fresh croissants. My favorites donuts were the Apple fritter and the maple cream. They had outdoor seating and at this time it was take out or drive through. We maybe waited in line for less than 10 minutes. So worth the wait. We will come back again multiple times. We didn’t experience the Congdon’s overnight, but looks interesting with various food trucks and beer.

I think they r open 4 days in winter maybe Thursday-Sunday
The food truck option is very interesting my girls have enjoyed it a couple of times and I'm anxious to try it out myself
Yes they are
Sorry just saw this.
Inside was open a couple weeks ago! 😊😊
Google actually sends people emails when other people have questions. But Dustin is right, they only do pick up or drive thru. But they are totally worth the drive! I drive over 2 hours, we make it part of a adventure day and they are the treasure at the end 😆
All good everyone is doing the best they can. I don't care where you go somebody will find something wrong
Hello Annette, We have decided to not open our dining room for sit down service for this summer. We may be opening the bakery counter inside at some point. We have added more to our quick serve menu and will be adding more as the season progresses. Thank you
As of thursday it was takeout window and drive thru only. I dont think the restaurant is open yet...
Yes to both.
Drive up
They are not usually.
He is the owner's son I believe
Every night. Starting at 4.
Its open year round, the hours I think change a little and the congdons after dark is onmy during season
No
Not sure, call them
I'm not sure about that, I would give them a call to find out. 😁
I'm not sure if they take reservations but they are so customer oriented I would think they would for a large group. Definitely give them a call.
I believe so. It is not a national holiday. Best to call them directly.
Congdons is open year round however after tourist season they are only open a few days a week, I want to say Wed or Thurs thru Sun
There isn't an ingredients list, but you could definitely call ahead and ask for the specific allergens.
I think they will be open Thursday through Sunday nights until Father's Day and then they will be open every night.
6 am
