Be aware that they only have to tell you if it has been dammaged over 25% of its value. I bought one that was dammaged and no one told me anything. Read my review for details.
Yes my friend they pulled out the DMV report and accident history.. In my case the car was repaired and they pulled me out to show me the area where the car was repaired

I beleive they're not required to, and thats why they charge you for a CarFax.
