Why do you rent space to a vendor who is being sued in court, avoids the process server and ripped up a court summons on camera. Choon San Chan of Raindow Watches missed one court date by avoiding the process server and now has a court date of 7/30.

Not sure why or why not.

Avoiding a process server in civil matters is not a crime. If a person is avoiding service there are remedies under Florida state law, such as posting the notice in a local newspaper. The other parts are questionable and I understand where you are coming from, but being sued is not a reason to keep this person from making a living before there is even a resolution in court. Can you imagine what would happen if a company wasnt allowed to do business just because they have a pending lawsuit? I'm sure you take issue with this person and find their actions immoral, but is it any less immoral to defame this person by posting their name here? Mr. Chan may have a countersuit if this posting causes him to lose any business and therefore can claim damages against you. Not too smart.
