DO NOT recommend using curbside pickup We would probably still be sitting in the Auburndale Lowe’s parking lot if my husband had not went inside (after an extended period of time) to get the order himself. Even after he went in he was told the curbside guy was on break. Unacceptable. I understand everyone is short staffed but then maybe don’t offer the service if you don’t have staff or know how to cover breaks appropriately. It would have taken less time to go in, pick out all the stuff and buy it once we arrived at the store than this option. Your customers are who keep you in business, you should respect their time. Very disappointed.

The supervisor Carlos is a hard-working manager, he guided his forklift driver the entire time and manually loaded the bags of mulch onto the pallet and help shrink wrap it. You don't find these types of supervisors that often and these are the type of people that should be promoted, they show great work ethics and they make their associates stronger by leading by example. This is the type of experience that I expect at my local store every time I go shopping, and unfortunately you don't find people like this in management that often. He shows great leadership skills and I am surprised and extremely grateful to see him in a leadership role.

Everyone here was more helpful than other Lowes I been to. Pro desk was great with orders and loading a toilet. No stress no mess. I will probably come out of my way from other Lowes to come to this one.

It's always a mess in here. I couldn't find a cart today because most were being used by the employees.
