Staff member Debra was wonderful and a comfort. There were a few others as well. There were some care issues such as communication, and an appointment that was supposed to have been made at the hospital which never happened until family stepped in and addressed it. Family called a meeting in which all of this was addressed with the directors/ administrators/ doctors. Mr. Ellis (first name) was very kind and jumped on the negligence to ensure it would not happen again and why it happened. Mother is still there and we will keep monitoring and post any additional information

Terrible. Nurses very slow to respond. Nurses missed giving morphine to patient resulting in painful night. This happened twice. Nurses do not seem to know procedures. Nurses missing for hours. Staff admits to problems but does nothing to change it. Worse hospital(???????) Ever. Stay away.

Your facility was clean and friendly when I entered. The check-in and out system was a pleasant, efficient surprise. I LOVED the Finch aviary that greets all guests, they're just a treat and I could watch them all day. The caregivers were friendly, helpful, and very patient with the difficult resident that I happened to be visiting. Whatever you pay your staff members is not enough when dealing with the resident that I was visiting that day. I wanted to drag her out by her hair for her ungracious attitude. Bless you all for the work that you do.

If and only if you do not like or care for the person oak haven is great. If you love the person do NOT let them stay there! Find another place PLEASE!! They almost killed my mother!!! You MUST stay on top of the nurses and meds given. Stay on top of the bathing. Mom did not get a bath for 2 weeks! Clean the room bathroom yourself!! Had to fight with the kitchen food was given cold and hard. They do not pay attention to the food list of can and cannot have. My aunt and I had chace down the director. Finally got someplace when I started calling our attorney. They do not have phones in the rooms make sure your loved one has a cell. I wish you luck.

Not very often . They use to . But not much here lately. Im gonna be honest . If i knew what we were going to go thru . I would have found another facility. Look at the reveiws and inspection s before putting loved ones in this joke . Also look at the law suits against this place as well. Not good
