Stopped here from out of town, and the dog loved the open space. Can't see the dog park from the road, you have to park and walk down the path just a little bit to get to the fenced in area. Has a big sun shade so you and your furry friend don't get too hot in the sun.

Nice dog park, very spacious. Fresh water for your dog and a nice asphalt trail to walk.

Nice park. Separate area for under 20#, water fountain, bathing/waterplay area, shaded areas. A little walk from the parking area, but paved and fully accessible to our mobility scooters. Lainey had a good time.

First, I'd like to say this is a nice large dog park, plenty of shade, seating, water, always has dog poop bags, there's even an area with a couple of paddling pools for the dogs to cool down. There's also another attached dog park for dogs that are 20lbs or less. So far so good. Now for the bad stuff, the dog owners. A few weeks ago one dog attacked another dog and bit it so hard on the face that it was all torn up and had to get stitches, I believe it was a husky that attacked the other dog and the husky still goes to the park. Small dogs don't go into the small dog park, the owners put them in the big dog park and the small dogs start nipping at the large dogs because they're scared which led to the police being called last week, yes, the City of Auburndale police showed up to the dog park because a small dog owner didn't like being told to put his dog in the correct park and said that one dog was aggressive to his. Today's incident was that one dog growled and rolled around a little with another dog and one of the dog owners kneeled on the other dog causing it to squeal. Too many dog owners watching YouTube think they're experts on controling dogs. Then one dog owner actually said to the other(with fists clenched) "you wanna go?" You can tell the type, small man syndrome, 5ft nothing, graying beard, wearing a baseball cap from a garage, watches too much UFC before going to the gym. Give this park a miss unless you can be a responsible owner and put a soft muzzle on your dog when you go out, never heard of a dog biting another dog or a human when wearing a muzzle. Just because your dog hasn't bitten anyone or anything its entire life doesn't mean that they never will.

Park is open.Great park.My dogs love this park.
I went on Monday and it was open
They have plastic baby pools usually set up.
There's a separate section designated for small dogs. When you enter the gate... it says "small dogs" to the left, go in that gate. The other gate reads "large dogs" and is the gate going in straight. It's easy to figure out. The only problem I've seen is some people ignoring the signs... small dog in with the bigger dogs and vice versa.
