Walked into store to look around and had a couple of questions. Maybe 3 customers there. I was never acknowledged by any associate. Even those that walked by me. Think i will have to use another location.

Came to your establishment and stood by the door for a good 20 25 minutes without a single employee saying hello how are you or telling me it was by appointment only. Not sure what benefit it does your company when someone wanting a new phone and plan cannot get attention or even decent customer service. I will take my business elsewhere and let everyone know what type of experience I had at your location. Good day!

Maybe it's just the times but a phone store with no phones is as bad as Tim Hortons not having coffee or white castles being out of white castles. Sadly I have experienced ALL 3 scenarios!
