Ordered pizza and unknowingly added banana peppers, called immediately to fix the issue before it was put in the oven. On hold for 10 minutes. Phone picked up, tell my story, they ask if I want a remake and it's settled, remake the pizza. All good. I get to the store, and the manager, or franchisee I'm unsure which, informs me that they never remade the pizza and I should have cancelled and reordered. Then lectured me about the cost of the food and told me he didn't want to eat the cost of two medium pizzas. I was like, cool I would've done that if anyone would have told me to re order it online, but they told me they were remaking it. Won't be back to this franchise location. The pizza wasn't even that good.

Yet again we ordered something and the driver decided to swap it out for something else without calling to even ask if this is what we wanted. This was supposed to be my son's dinner and he will not eat what they gave us instead. My husband answered the door and had no clue what was going on so he just took it. Called the store to speak to the manager and tried to get it refunded and the manager tried to give us a store credit instead and hung up on me. Will not be ordering from this store again.

I would not recommend this location. I love dominos but the last two times I ordered here the food was ready within 20 minutes and it sat at quality check for an hour. By the time we got our food it was cold both times 😩

Ordered on a Tuesday night, app said 37 minutes, and it took over an hour and a half. Called in to check and didn't really get an answer about when or why thing we're taking so long. Definitely would not recommend delivery as an option, pick up maybe. For sure there are multiple better options in the area for service and quality
