Came here 30 minutes before scheduled delivery,had multiple delivery’s.They had me wait 2 1/2 hours just to get to the door, then another hour before they finished.Total 3 pallets,All my delivery are scheduled and late because of these place, I asked them if they will pay late fees for my other delivery’s since they charge late fee here and all my appointments are late.They told me I’m very rude, It took them 5 minutes to unload that 3pallets and charge me $160,3 items ,way to make money, I told them I can do it my self since i have pallet jack with me ,so they ask me for insurance.,since I don’t have that I have to pay , now there is tricky part Cash or Comcheck so I said Comcheck next Question was if have check?Really Lumper service that dealing with hundreds trucks can’t provide check specially by charging so much, so I guess cash only option,stay away from this place, zero respect for drivers and their job and really ugly way to overcharge costumers

5 stars plain and simple. Overnight parking available. For the " driver " who left his garbage bag in the overnight staging area on the grass , you are the reason we are loosing this great opportunities like Overnight parking at shippers and receivers.

Over night parking available. When you arrive park to the right next to the pond and check in with security gate personnel. Security very friendly and helpful. I was late (2 hours) due to previous stop delay. The cut off for delivery for was 2pm. Arrived and checked in by 1:45pm, at dock for unloading by 2pm, paid lumber fee and was on my way by 4:00pm. Definitely recommend deliveries to them and hopefully i get the chance to return there again.

Really beneficial that they have overnight parking. The lot can fit around 20 trucks. There were only 6 when I came on a Sunday night.
