I bring my large service dogs with me when I go there. Lots of people have their small dogs there but are not aware of where their dogs are wandering at the end of their retractable leashes nor are they aware of the dog's their dogs bark and growl at. If I had the option, I would leave my dogs at home, as the people with their pets there are completely unaware of their surroundings and what their dogs are doing at the end of the leash.
Depends on the person. Some people freak out when you touch them.
Unfortunately yes. But leave your pet at home where they are more comfortable and not stressed
