I cannot emphasize this enough..... !!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS OFFICE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES..... ANY, go to any other office, Ithaca, Geneva...any other office except the Watkins Glen office on rt 14..... I rented from this office, the truck left me stranded on 14a, fully loaded, I tried tirelessly to call their office, no answer, left numerous voicemails about my situation... no return calls.... nothing, the contract that they give you has no roadside assistance #, I ended up calling uhaul customer service, they ended up towing the vehicle 16 hours later, the district manager refused to assist me, actually had the audacity to say that all the truck needed was a boost because I must have left the lights on.... this vehicle was in motion when the truck went dead... the alternator would keep the battery charging and going.... they also had the shame to charge my card the full rental fee.... DO NOT RENT FROM THIS OFFICE!!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT. you can ultimately do what want
