They were friendly and the Uhaul was clean and ran very well.

added extra charges to my reservation and never gave me a printout. Found out after the fact. Charged me for extra gas not knowing I took before and after pictures of the gas gauge. He thought it was funny I was waiting while his computer wasn't working and will not wear a mask in front of customers. Redneck trash that should not be renting for U-haul. If you have a problem with this you know where I live. The location in Lyons NY is 100% better and 100% professional.
