I didn't buy any mattresses from them but I did buy a couch from them they took the time to help me find the right one for me they also give you a certain amount of time to see if it's theright thing for you they sl add o gave me stuff to clean any stains that happens ft or free They will even clean your couch for free if you can't get the stain out If you don't return item/have them for or clean item depending on what you buy after a certain amount of time they give you some money back they have a good selection of items
