Appointment was on time, explained what was being done very clearly. Job finished way ahead of time . Tristan was very engaged and accommodating. Couldn’t have ask for better. After waiting 2 hours past our appointment time we asked for an update and were told that the car hadn't been started. I understand that things happen, but the issue should have been communicated in a timely manner. My time is valuable and a business interested in retaining customers would in the least offer some form of compensation for my 1.5 hours of travel and 2 hours of wait time rather simply asking us if we wanted to leave. Despite the lack of communication the person we dealt with was very professional.

James was very good at communicating with me. I had dropped the car off the night before so he called in the morning to go over what service I needed and then called back as soon as my car was finished . It was very easy to pay online with a link I was sent since I had to pick my car up after hours. The whole experience was very easy!

If I could give extra stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ to Hilary and the team in Honda Westborough I would. My customer experience was outstanding, from the first day that I arrived looking for options until I got the keys of my car, I was supported and I was guided to every step of the process. I was never pushed to make a decision, they kept the communication going so I never had to worry, I even had to make a few extra steps since I'm new in the country but that wasn't an issue for them. So the process was smooth. And of course I love my new Honda ❤.
