I purchased a bed for a guest room. Pretty much knew what I wanted, but the metal bed frame I had in mind wouldn't be available for 6-8 weeks, so I selected another one. The salesperson in the bedding department was knowledgeable and didn't try to get me to buy something more expensive or that I didn't want. It was delivered in 2 days and the delivery people set it up quickly and took away the packaging. I had to pay for delivery but it was worth it to have them bring it upstairs and put it together. Overall a good experience.

Bernie & Phyl's is a surprisingly awesome and wonderful place to purchase furniture. First, they have the superb policy of removing furniture when one purchases a new item. The charge is $100 for the first item and $50 for each additional item. It is just so helpful to have a way to remove unwanted furniture. Unless one owns a truck and has several helpers with muscles, this is the best way to remove unwanted furniture. Second, the showroom is massive with lots of furniture to sample. Lots of nice styles and a lot of variety. Third, the salespeople do not follow one around and interfere with the browsing. They hello and wait for one to ask them for assistance. Thus, no pressure to purchase and tons of freedom to browse. Fourth, the salesperson hides NOTHING. Every item on the transaction is thoroughly explained in detail. The furniture experience of purchasing was excellent. So, a "just looking" excursion turned into an actual purchase with additional items to be purchased from Bernie & Phyl's in the next 30 days. This was based upon the furniture inventory, the honesty of Danielle (the salesperson) and the promotions that Bernie & Phyl's proposes and honors. Also, the quality of furniture appears to be excellent. We found exactly what we were looking for at a reasonable price.

Shopping experience at Bernie & Phyl’s…fast, efficient, very friendly…overall, I’d say outstanding customer service! I have been a loyal customer for years as I replaced hand-me-down furniture or pieces I purchased elsewhere (before finding Bernie & Phyl’s). I love changing things up! Whether shopping at one of the stores or recently on-line shopping, there is always that moment when I come across that piece of furniture or a set that I instantly fall in love with and don’t have to look any further. I can honestly say I have never been disappointed with the team at Bernie & Phyl’s or their merchandise! They maintain a wide variety of styles too! If you haven’t tried them yet, I would ask what are you waiting for, give them a try, you’ll be happy you did!

All around great experience at the Westborough Bernie & Phyl's. We needed to furnish nearly our entire home and Ken was such a great help! Ken was not pushy at all but helped us purchase everything we needed. I made a couple of calls to Bernie & Phyl's to check the status of our furniture and each time the employee on the other end was more than helpful and friendly. We have since received some of our furniture and the quality is amazing! I high recommend shopping here!
