Not sure if it's just my timing but I came here a few weeks ago. Waited so long that they have me a ticket for free pizza. Came tonight to cash it in. Been here so long waiting again I forgot what i ordered. Will never do this again.

We try to go earlier and not on the weekend.

There always busy. But great pizza. Never had that problem.

I think that when the manager left the place went down hill. I am allergic to mushrooms and they use the same pizza cutter for a lot of other Pizza without cleaning it off and mushrooms ended up on my pizza. I told them about it and they said that I had to tell them that I was allergic to mushrooms so they could clean the pizza cutter before they cut mine the owner told me that. She acted as if it was my fault

Yes,i've had that problem also...we call ahead to order even if we are dining in. My gripe is they are not consistent anymore. Its been my husband's favorite for years but even he isn't to quick to want to go back. Walerys in West Salem is very good,have not had any issues with them.

Paddingtons used to be the place for pizza in salem, the last year or so its slid downhill......
