Jenna gave me exactly what I wanted and made my experience perfect! I came in with a very specific hair cut in mind and she perfectly accommodated. She was also very efficient in doing so. I will definitely be returning!

I visited this place earlier today, and was told that they don’t do walk ins at the time I was in. I got an appointment for later the same day at 5pm. I walked in Supercuts at exactly 5pm. I waited for about 20 mins to be called up. And then when I did walk up to the chair. The green haired lady apologized to me and said, she double booked the appointment and now I will have to wait another 20mins to get my hair cut because she has to tend to someone else she booked at the same time as my appointment. I feel like the staff here is really disrespectful of the fact that people have schedules too. Will not recommend this place to anyone for the sheer lack of professionalism.

Great experience, first time at this store, but I’ll definitely return to get a trim every now, and then. I made my first trip pricey, just know that good hair care is everything.
