Staff is never helpful and never friendly, so I don't spend money here anymore.

Shady customer service.They told me my hair die was out of stock and I picked it up off the shelf and they acted surprised. Also when asking for any other product the pull out the most expensive item. This is called up selling and made me think the people that run the registers are being paid on sole commission. Go there if you want to throw your money in the trash and enjoy being lied to.

The staff is friendly and helpful. This store sometimes has supply issues. Beware of price discrepancies between Sally’s website and stores. Generally, the website is cheaper. The stores will price match if the product is regularly priced and no coupon. I found doing pickup at a store has limits on quantity you can buy. It’s not based on inventory at the store.
