I don't believe they've started that. But all's you have to do is download there app and you can sign up for it if you want it.
I have heard that also. Not sure exactly when they plan to experiment. Personally I would rather pick my own food and not have a Walmart employee do it for me.

I don't believe they will have the delivery service for areas that do not have a large amount of people in a specific area. Square mileage wise Plymouth and the surrounding towns are too large with the people spread out too much. I can see Manchester or Concord and maybe even Tilton doing it because the population per square mile is better for deliveries. Just my opinion. You might want to ask at the service desk.
