Sarah - I"m the Market Director. I dont know of any references to catching fish on our website. I"m not sure where you would have seen this. There are fishing opportunities elsewhere on the St Pete waterfront.

I've never seen anyone fishing 🦦🎣 and it's definitely not a place for children to fish.

We only have dead fish. Hope you found the fun. I think the Pier answer was a good bet.

Sara, Saturday Market has NO fish at all,😉 it was a mixt up. Sorry

You can go over to the pier next to the market and try to catch fish. The market itself only sells food.
