I know at the jacaranda -Venice Florida store they seem to enjoy dogs (well behaved ones). They even gave my dog a dog-sized orange apron!!!
Yes, dogs are not allowed but they don't say anything.
No Pets allowed however people still bring them in and Management doesn't say anything unless they are out of control. I know because I use to work there.
