I’m more for the under dog this store is way too big and never any help! I’d rather pay a little more and get service!! I don’t enjoy walking aimlessly hoping to stumble onto an employee that knows something! I have bought appliances there and have been happy! You can go online and look at the selection then go in store to finalize it much easier! It’s just a very busy store not easily maneuverable.

We recently remodeled our laundry room, and bought all our materials, cabinets, and appliances from Lowes. I had to return a door, and it got complicated at the register. After several people tried to figure it out, Christine Higbee jumped in and figured it all out on the spot, and even shared some water with me. She was smart, kind, and professional. Our experience with the whole store and the staff was great. This Lowes is our go to home improvement store.

There is a Bernie which is a female that works at the service desk who was the rudest person I have come across in a long time! When my husband asked her about why she didn’t mention an in-store credit as a replacement for a clients product instead of in-store credit on his card she just looked at him shook her head and said oh well and then kept making statements as she walked away so you couldn’t understand her. I could tell by the people who were working around her that they are very uncomfortable around her also. Cannot believe people are so hard up for employees that they would tolerate rudeness to kind people who were just asking a question

I'm pretty sure that they do. I do know for a fact that they offer workshops every day. Just look on the wall out front and see what you might be interested in learning. Just ask them about the remodeling.
