Most restaurants are non-smoking inside. Many will have a designated spot outside either near the entrance or maybe the patio. But thanks to recent statutes, laws, and ordinances SMOKING IS PROHIBITED. (Yay!)
No, they don't. There are some covered areas outside though if you need it.
