I rescued a very young kitten. After its initial skittishness and several days of attention and care, it appears playful and healthy. When I surrender it to the shelter, will it be caged with other kittens for companionship until it is adopted?

I think they isolated until it's checked out and the shelter is convinced that there is nothing wrong with the kitten before it is put in with other kittens

They will put it with others its size and will go on the adoption and if he/she is not fixed will be before its put on that list shots too
