Found a dog with tags called and texted no response. Dog seems very dirty and skin condition. Have 2 dogs and cat of my own scared it maybe contagious. Can I bring him tomorrow?

Yes dog might have a Tracker chip or you could call them and they will come to you

I don't believe that they will take him in but to save time did you call your county's animal control service because if Pet Alliance of Greater Orlando doesn't take the dog in they will redirect you to the animal control services
