This company does a lot of restaurant supply, so their goods are high quality. The prices are usually lower than supermarket prices. Just be aware that their cuts are usually larger than you would find in a super market. For example; you will get a full pork loin, rather than half. We just take these larger cuts, and slice and freeze the pieces for later. They also put out a flyer.
