Free entry is not included with hotel stays. Hotels and tickets are separate things, you will need to purchase a ticket if you are staying at the hotels and would like to enter the parks.
No. Hotel guests get the benefit of entering a park early (MK or DCA on alternating days) by showing evidence of stay (key card when I went) with tickets they have purchased.

No, but I believe you get the magic hour with your stay and purchase of a ticket. That means you get in an hour early before everyone else. Makes it nice to get in a bunch of rides before the lines get long.
Noup, they will charge u for every single thing they can. I stayed there for a week, worst mistake ever.
