I just renewed my Real estate license and unfortunately my broker is only affiliated with this Association for MLS. This association is third class, very condescending , have lots of attitude, want to rip you off and then treat you terribly. They don’t want to answer any questions. Any and every question for them is a burden. They are sitting and just charging realtors just for maintaining information which you can get on Google for free. I will not be a bait of their trade. Unfortunately after the incidence which happened yesterday, I will change my broker so that I don’t have to join this third class, ghetto low level association. I was with RANCHO before, they answer every question of yours and do not degrade a realtor who has become a realtor after studying hard and passing a tough exam,these people have no respect for Realtors, treat them like trash and only interested in their money. This MLS company is a big time scam and should be sued, they should return the money they have made from so many realtors by ducking their money.
