This place needs to be shut down permanently. Inhumane treatment. Doctors, nurses, and staff that do not care about patients. You will receive zero care here! Disgrace and disgusting that they are funded by the county and state to take in inmates at the Orange County Jail. Every person that is affiliated with Anaheim Global Medical Center should be disgraced with themselves. It would be a shame if the people associated with this place had their loved once admitted there or if they themselves were admitted there. I have never seen such malpractice and mistreatment for mankind. My father was diagnosed with dementia and I am his Power of Attorney yet they never contacted me once to have medical decisions made on behalf of him. The only time I received updates, information, etc was if I called over to Anaheim Global Medical Center myself.

My aunt is in the ER right now, went via 911. A nurse had the nerve to tell her grandson why he didn't just take her to the hospital himself and that it was a "waste of everyone's time". I will be reporting this to the hospital administrator. Sun. 8/14/22: I have an update, my aunt was admitted. If it was a "waste of everyone's time" why was she admitted?? WHY, BECAUSE SHE IS REALLY SICK YOU WASTE OF A NURSE!

They treat their patients like animals they heavily sedate them so that if they have court they can’t defend themselves. They also heavily sedate patients that go there to treat their depression. Non violent patients don’t have to be heavily sedated. They should close this place down !

If you or someone you know needs mental help go anywhere but here. Someone just called me for a opinion on my experience and i told them the truth the "nurses" in the er just sit on their phone. It took me 30 minutes to an hour just to get something to drink. I eventually saved my little juice cup and used it to drink water from the bathroom. They are under investigation because i keep getting calls asking about my experience. Go to hoag or college hospital if you need mental health care. Do not go here please you will regret having to be locked in their facility
