Here's a rule that can help...you must be able to push the wagon...Not pull it ..so from behind not in front
You can rent strollers, wagons and scooters for inside the park through Disneyland Park itself as well as some of the local hotels near the Disneyland shuttle entrance also rent them daily or weekly deepending on your preference.
There is a size limit on strollers, wagons are not allowed per policy. Medical exemptions have been made AHEAD of time through their disabilities team and emails are sent out to the parks which family has the wagon accommodations.
The signs outside say no. However I did see a couple inside the park , they were there fancier type with a cover.. There is a size limit on strollers . Not very helpful I know. Maybe call customer service first?
