Yes you can but is NO PUBLIC AUCTION, is regular dealer.... Is no real auction, you pay the BLU BOOK PRICE for cars. The "auction" word is only to avoid give warranty on cars. Asking price is marked on windshield and is negotiable ONLY if it is "O B O" is next to the price....
I can confirm that if you try to buy a vehicle and have a winning bid with a great price, you CAN NOT buy it because they say the winning bid gets "rejected" by the repo/title company. So unless the winning bid is very close to retail they won't let you buy the vehicle. I left very disappointed, a lot of people do attend the auction but pay attention and you'll see everyone is buying close or even above retail. Great scheme, gotta give them credit for it!
