We are SCAN members. When we first enrolled we were sent membership cards for Silver Sneakers, but couldn’t take advantage of it then. We can now, but can’t find our cards. May we get replacement cards?

Hi Martha, You actually don't need your SilverSneakers card, just the SilverSneakers ID number. You can get the number (and an ID card, if you’d like one) by visiting the SilverSneakers website and filling out the membership form: https://tools.silversneakers.com/Eligibility/StartHere Many gyms should be able to check your eligibility and look up your 16-digit SilverSneakers ID number for you as well.
