I have called here for issues in Anaheim since their branch in Santa Ana California doesn't handle that area. In the past I have been told, "if you don't like it move." To them I ask: "Where? Got some magic place that's less expensive and treats me like a human being?" Not sure this agency even exists.

I have been calling & leaving messages since May. As I am writing this review it is July 2019. Still NO RESPONSE! I know they are busy but this is ridiculous! It is very urgent that I talk to Fair Housing, but how can I when they do not call you back. What is the use of having organizations like Fair Housing that is suppose to help the people and do nothing. Sadly, I have found that most of these organizations like this are utterly useless & we the people suffer.

I feel like these people are in bed with the property owners I called with a question and they basically defended the property owners actions even though when I contacted a lawyer they told me it was unlawful. I thought these people were supposed to help people.

This place helps determine if the landlord is discriminating against tenants.

not usually. The lender could offer you once it is taken in foreclosure. All depends on your contract.
Call them direct. They are very helpful and can direct you where you need to go or call if they can't help. Primarily they do fair housing, if there's discrimination I know they can investigate and help.
They are doing whatever they want this day. And those whom are payed to uphold the law, are collaborating with those who they see as equals. Those who "claim" to be home owners etc
Please call them, they investigate discrimination in housing, they may be able to refer you to some other organization if they don't have answer to your question.
