Answer: YES I am a SCAN member and have been for about 6 years. They didn't cover prescriptions in the beginning, but when Medicare offered coverage so dld SCAN. Like most of the insurance companies their payment is based on a tiered schedule. It is the best insurance we have ever had and they do not charge you. Also co-pays are almost npnexistent.
