Why don't you answer your phones? I had a question about switching over to your auto and home insurance, but can't get anyone to answer the phone at the Tustin office. With this level of service, I'm thinking the switch is not a good idea!

Your not talking to aaa. Your asking somebody who is a member of it.

I have always found the Tustin office very busy. When calling, I've had my call answered quickly by the office or exchange. I've learned not to call at lunch time as thats when their staff is having their lunch. This is a problem in most businesses. When you serve the public you need to cover these times. It's difficult to do your business around their schedule, easier now that I'm retired!!! (Hint) It's better to go in person and talk with an agent. I've been with AAA for over 46 years.

Hi I have always had good service from AAA never have been to the Tustin office.

It easier to go in person and switch, they have good deal when you combine car and home together

I had terrible service over a period of years at the Irvine office! I'm not surprised they didn't answer. I don't recommend them!

Usually the phone switches over to one of their Regional Offices if Tustin does not pick up
