Bring it in to them. It takes 30-40 min to get an estimate usually. They give below Blue book but not a fraction of blue book. Private sales always can get a higher dollar amount if you have the time AND can detail out the car AND know how to negotiate. I think Carmax gave me a fair price without any hassle.
They have to physically inspect and drive the car before giving an estimate. It's usually a fraction of Kellys Blue Book value.
