You could have just got a person on a bad day as well, one interaction shouldn't define an entire organization. I've never had bad service from there.
In today's society, customer service is more of an afterthought. But also, many employers under-staff their shifts and expect 1 employee to do the job of 2 or 3. Which inadvertently leads to poor customer service. I've found that it helps a bit to lower your expectations, and sad that we have to do so.
